Festivals
Tennessee is one of the best states in the south for festivals and Chattanooga is no stranger to the best!
We know how to throw a great party. Here are a few festivals that you might want to plan your trip around!
Moon River Festival is by far my favorite. Located in the scenic Coolidge Park. Family friendly. Two-day event highlighting the music and culture of TN. Early September. With a stellar line-up year after year.
The Chattanooga Balloon Festival is an autumnal triumph. Family friendly. Stunning.
The Riverbend Festival is a signature event drawing huge crowds held typically at the end of May. Positioned at Ross’s Landing on the beautiful downtown riverfront, the headline performers are featured on the Coca-Cola Stage, a barge that’s been converted into a full concert stage. Very cool!
RiverRocks Chattanooga is a month-long festival in October that brings world-class and amateur athletes to compete, celebrate Chattanooga outdoors lifestyle and enjoy live music. Their goals: 1. Get Out, 2. Get Fit, and 3. Have Fun. Trail running. Hiking. Cycling. Paddling. Climbing. You name it! Incredible outdoor spaces and spectacular music.
