Aquinnah Cliffs

Formerly known as Gay Head. The most-visited tourist spot on the Vineyard.

Epic clay cliffs carved by glaciers millions of years ago. I recommend popping down and exploring the lower beach paths to see the cliffs up close as well as the Gay Head Light and Elizabeth Islands.

Be mindful of the erosion on the reservation that is under protection.
