Jack Rose
Bright. Lofty. Energetic. This takes “a hotel restaurant” to an entirely new level.
A reinvigorated and modern eatery in the Pontchartrain Hotel. Creative and craveable Italian, French and Spanish dishes.
Faves: bone-in chicken parm dusted with cheese, Muddy Waters and fried squash blossoms when they're in season.
The name pays homage to the Pontchartrain's connection with Tennessee Williams, who reportedly wrote Cat on a Hot Tin Roof while staying at the Hotel. Jack Rose is inspired by his play The Rose Tattoo.
Save room for the mile high pie. You’re welcome.
