Post Hurricane Katrina, Chef Justin Devillier helped rebuild the restaurant and became the Executive Chef and part owner.

I love how he puts a twist on the New Orleans classics… I went here for a Girls Night Out and it was a passing of the plates. Louisiana beers featured and the cocktails are amazing and unique!

The Blackthorn Fizz & The Great Conflagration were winners at our table! On to dinner… I would strongly suggest ordering the Blue Crab Beignets, Buttermilk Fried Quail & Pickle Jar to start, the Turtle Bolognese, the Lamb Shank or Confit Duck Leg for your main course with a side of Stone Ground Grits.
