Ai Quattro Venti

Montepulciano, an hour and a half south of Florence, for lunch and a stroll is a must. My favorite place is Ai Quattro Venti overlooking the piazza. The robustly flavorful menu and wine tastings are beyond.

This medieval Renaissance communal town of Montepulciano is perfectly positioned in the chalky hills of southern Tuscany.
